  • 01Pressure energized inner stem seal

    • Two hard coated and lapped metal thrust bearings serve as both a pressure-energized inner stem seal and stem guide.
    • Lapped surfaces provide tight seal in combination with line pressure exerting additional vertical force.
    • With the spherical touch design make sure the fully tightened even misalignment by side loading to stem.

  • 02Positive Blowout Proof Stem

    • DHCv provides oversized stems to accommodate torque increases that can happen over time. This ensures the stem is held captive at all times within the valve body.

  • 03Double Block & Bleed Feature

    • DHCv trunnion ball valves are suitable for use in block and bleed applications, where fluid in the body is evacuated through a bleed port while both the upstream and downstream pressures are isolated.

  • 04Unique slurry gasket,
    Double graphite packing and double seat spring

    • Prevent solids trapped into sealing spring space and also they always ensure the zero and bubble tight leakage class. This is patent design by DHCv.

  • 05Set design on trunnion design valves

    • Fluid pressure acts on the surface area of each seats, resulting in the seat being pushed on to the ball. In the event the pressure in the cavity is greater than the spring force and fluid pressure, the seats are no longer loaded on to the ball. Over-pressure in the valve can be relieved in the open or closed position.
